Our Recruitment Process
- Initial Consultation
Understanding Requirements: Meet with the client to discuss job requirements, company culture, and expectations.
Role Definition: Define the job description, responsibilities, and required qualifications. - Sourcing Candidates
Talent Search: Use various channels like job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify potential candidates.
Networking: Leverage industry contacts and referrals to find suitable candidates. - Screening
Resume Review: Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates who meet the job criteria.
Initial Interviews: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Candidate Shortlist
Shortlisting: Present the client with a list of the top candidates, including summaries of their qualifications and interview performance.
Client Feedback: Gather feedback from the client to refine the list if necessary. - Client Interviews
Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interviews between the client and shortlisted candidates.
Interview Support: Provide guidance to the client on interview techniques and candidate evaluation. - Candidate Selection
Final Evaluation: Assist the client in evaluating the final candidates and selecting the best fit.
Reference Checks: Conduct reference checks on the selected candidate(s) if required. - Offer and Negotiation
Offer Presentation: Assist the client in preparing and presenting a job offer to the chosen candidate.
Negotiation: Mediate any negotiations regarding salary, benefits, or start dates. - Onboarding Support
Acceptance: Confirm the candidate’s acceptance of the offer.
Onboarding: Provide support to ensure a smooth transition for the candidate into their new role, including onboarding assistance if needed. - Follow-Up
Post-Placement Follow-Up: Check in with both the client and the new hire after a few weeks to ensure satisfaction on both sides.
Ongoing Support: Offer additional support or replacement if the candidate does not work out as planned (if covered by the agreement).
